1 roll-disc method

Способ получения сферич. порошков диспергированием расплава, подаваемого на быстровращ. диск. Разновидности м. в. д. — центробежное распыление на вращающ. диске, ударно-центробежное распыление и др.; позволяет получать металлич. кристаллич. и аморфные порошки при больших скоростях охлаждения струи расплав л. металла (до 10-5 К/с) на металлич. подложке с большой теплоемкостью и высокой теплопроводностью. Диск изготавливается из меди или стали и дополнительно может охлаждаться жидкими газами. Скорость вращения диска 50 с-1. При таких высоких ск. охлаждения получают порошки металлов чешуйч. формы с очень неравновесной мелкозернистой структурой, с равномерным распределением легир. добавок и упрочн. включений тв. фазы. Этим методом в основном получают порошки легкоплавких металлов — Al, Sn, Рb и их сплавов.
